We Hire Houston Youth!

Disadvantaged and marginalized population are generally not comfortable asking for assistance when they do not comprehend formal processes and/or applications. Many miss opportunities, benefits, and entitlements because they become frustrated with formal processes. This program provides assistance and communications in a non-intimidating, informal manner. Most importantly, youth need opportunities to have positive
interactions with adults. In theory, all parties will find value in one another and gain some sense of empowerment.
