Shalondra Frazier holds an undergraduate degree in University Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington, a graduate degree in Education from Houston Baptist University, and a doctoral level concentration in Juvenile Justice from Prairie View A&M University. Shalondra is among a family of educators and she has a passion for at-risk students and alternative education. As an Air Force veteran, she also has more than 15 years of civil, public, and social service experience and has worked in both alternative schools and juvenile facilities.
